Hospitals, airports, seaports, hotels and corporate towers have a constant mix of staff, tenants, contractors and visitors. Each group needs different access, for a different length of time, and security teams need to know who is on site and where at any moment.

Paper permits, spreadsheets and separate badge systems make that hard: contractor permits outlive their contracts, visitors go unscreened, and gate logs are too noisy to act on.

SkyPass Go follows every pass from the moment it is requested to the second its holder walks out the gate, with a workflow shaped to each site’s security policy.

• Request: tenants, contractors and suppliers submit applications through their own portal, so property teams no longer do the data entry
• Approve: stages such as document checks, billing, biometrics and printing can be switched on or off per site; security always keeps the final approval
• Issue: print RFID staff badges in the same flow, or send digital visitor passes
• Track: RFID readers on turnstiles, parking barriers and doorways follow the direction of travel in real time, without flooding the logs

Every pass type fits the same system: long-term staff badges without hardcoded identity fields, contractor permits with a mandatory end date, and visitor passes screened against a central watchlist that blocks terminated staff or blacklisted visitors at every barrier the moment they are flagged.

SkyPass Go is built as five connected modules, configured in the browser rather than in code:

• Permit and Identity Studio: configurable profile fields, a multi-document catalogue (NIC, passport, driving licence), approval notes and custom forms
• Vendor portal: tenant companies submit their own employee applications, and property managers can bill them per badge
• Gate verification: live visual verification for guards, with every manual override recorded
• Watchlist: one list that applies at every gate instantly
• Dashboards: live occupancy by zone, peak hours, reader health and audit-ready compliance reports on demand
